On these pages you will find images that I’ve scanned in from my personal collection.
I give permission for anyone to freely re-use any of them, for any reason. If you would like to use them in a book, article, etc. and need a better quality scan simply email me at stephen.basdeo [at] outlook.com and I’m sure I will be able to scan a higher resolution picture.
Most of these images are from printed books, penny bloods, chapbooks, penny dreadfuls. Usually the correct citation is given under the image in a caption or, if an image from the title page to a work, can be found in the usual places.
There are also PDFs of the short stories in my collection, such as Nathaniel Hawthorne’s “Feathertop.”
